The ultimate dilemma
Welp, that aged like milk.
Codex is insanely subsidized: $528 of usage less than a week
my app got 130+ downloads in the first 48h, feels unreal
I've spent the last ~3 weeks building a chess roguelike for this year's vibejam
I built a competitive multi-player spelling bee game
so apparently all our vibe coded sites are invisible to google and AI. that's why we don't' get recommended or seeing because of CSR. But I've found a simple fix we can do to prevent that. Maybe I'm late but is super cool and simple to implement to our pages. Took me 10 min to do.
I built a small tool in 2 hours. A contributor made it 10x better in one. This is what open source is really about.
Shipped a game on Steam 2 weeks ago, built with Claude Code, now in patch mode

1 month of launching my SaaS solo - honest numbers and what actually worked
Woke up to this email today. This community is inspiring
Got my first 5 installs in the 1st day of release 🎉
We kept getting "too expensive" in our exit surveys. Something felt off so we actually dug into one person.
I thought “distribution” meant posting once. I was wrong. My tiny SaaS just grew 176.9% this week.

Built a free library: 100 prompts + 128 Claude Skills
i started talking to Claude like a caveman. my credits lasted 3x longer. i'm not joking.
I tried about 40 different "AI workflow" ideas this year. These are the only five I actually use every week without thinking about it.
